Sports Management and Marketing

All undergraduate business majors will complete a credit bearing internship, following an internship prep course, while at Roberts.

Our Career Development Specialist, Kathleen D. Raniewicz, and Internship Director, William H. Todd, work one-on-one with students to customize an internship to their interests.

This real-world experience benefits students by:
Growing their business knowledge
Improving their workplace skills
Providing an opportunity to explore careers

"The Muckdogs are a Summer Collegiate Baseball Team within the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League. My position within the organization is Social Media Manager. I am responsible for sending out press releases, posting on social media, and keeping the fanbase informed on updates and news surrounding the team. I take photos on the road and at home games throughout the season and assist the league statistician with making corrections to box scores each game. It has been a fun Summer so far, and I can not wait to finish my internship with the team!"
