Why is Rochester a great place to go to college?

Why is Rochester a great place to go to college?
Forbes rated Rochester #3 for the best places to raise a family. Commutes are short, the cost of living is low, and there are lots of opportunities for internships and jobs!
Rochester is known for Abbott's Custard, Bill Gray's burgers, and "Garbage Plates" - a tasty combination of a burger or hotdog, homefries, mac salad, and meat sauce.
Rochesterians enjoy the many art galleries & coffee houses, live music events, a great foodie scene, and the scenic Finger Lakes.
We have many festivals so you'll always have something fun to experience! To name a few: Lilac Festival in May and the Clothesline (arts) and Fringe (dance, music, comedy) Festivals in September.
