MSW - Advanced Standing Option

Complete your M.S.W. in as few as 11 months

Students prepared with a bachelor's in social work (B.S.W.) can complete the degree in less time, thanks to the Advanced Standing Option.

Once accepted into the M.S.W. program, students bypass the foundational courses to pursue their desired concentration. Additional courses are required through the Advanced Standing Course Sequence. The 38 credit course sequence can be completed in 11 months for students beginning in the summer term or 17 months for those starting in January.
