Alumni Email Address
As a Roberts Alum, you may request an alumni email account. If you would like an alumni email account, please fill out this request form.
Alumni Scholarships & Discounts
Interested in pursuing graduate education? Roberts Wesleyan University alumni are eligible for a 10% tuition discount through the Alumni Legacy Scholarship upon acceptance into a graduate-level program.
Scholarships are available for children of alumni who are registered as full-time students. Learn more about Alumni Scholarships here.
B. Thomas Golisano Library Card
Alumni can receive a free alumni library card to borrow books from the circulating collection and to access library computers for research in our many databases. Visit the library between 8am and 6pm, Monday through Friday to get your alumni library card! Please bring your photo ID with you for library staff to confirm your contact information. Alumni of Roberts are able to have access to thousands of job postings through our Handshake page. Alumni are also welcome to attend any Roberts or Rochester Area Career Event such as Internship and Career Fairs and Teacher Recruitment Day. Alumni are also encouraged to join our Alumni/Career Services networking group on Linkedin.com.
Did you know that alumni can audit classes at a reduced rate? The cost to audit a traditional undergraduate, graduate, or non-traditional course is $150*. Alumni receive a $100 scholarship! To request a duplicate diploma, or to change your name on your diploma, please fill out the Request for Duplicate Diploma form here and submit it to the Registration Office. A fee of $40.00 will be charged for the new diploma at the time of the request. Payment may be made using check, money order, cash, or credit card. Please allow at least 6-8 weeks for reordering.
Transcripts are processed daily. Cost: $9.25 for postal service delivery and $6.75 for electronic delivery per transcript. Released with signature. Request a transcript here.
Voller Athletic Center (VAC) Gym Membership
Alumni are eligible for 15% off yearly membership fees at the VAC. Members can utilize state-of-the-art facilities including the cardiovascular center, weight room, indoor and outdoor track, full-size swimming pool, and arena. Learn more about the Voller Athletic Center.
