Make sure to check these items off your list once you've deposited.
1) New Student Registration
Join us for New Student Registration Day. You will meet future classmates and be introduced to the resources you need to be a successful Roberts student.
Here you will:
- Get your class schedule and meet with an academic advisor
- Meet your classmates, find your future roommate
- Receive your Student ID, Student Account, and Student Email
2) Submit Your Medical History Record
Upon submitting your enrollment deposit, you can then complete and submit your Medical History Record online.
You will need to send the medical forms in before August 1 and can find more information about the Roberts Wesleyan Health Center here.

3) Send All Final Transcripts
For all high school students, a final high school transcript with a posted graduation date must be submitted prior to August 1st, as a final requirement for admission, and in order to receive financial aid.
Transfer students are also responsible for submitting ALL official college transcripts.

4) Log In To Your New Roberts Account
Once you have submitted your Enrollment Deposit you can create your email password here. You will then be able to log on at rwc.roberts.edu to access the RWC Intranet and your email account.
Once activated you will also need to fill out your emergency contact information
