Upcoming Events at the CLC

The Roberts Cultural Life Center remains closed to the public.

The Roberts Cultural Life Center is only accessible to those with a valid Roberts faculty, staff, or student ID. We thank you for your continued support in this unprecedented time.

To limit the risk of exposure to our students, and employees, the campus is currently closed to the public. Access to the College grounds is permitted to those with a valid faculty, staff, or student ID.

Essential visitors will require prior approval and will be required to complete a health screening questionnaire. Non-essential visits will be prohibited at this time and students may not host any guests during the fall and spring semesters.  All campus-access questions should be directed to Campus Safety at 585-594-7777.

We understand these guidelines may feel strict. However, these are essential to help mitigate the spread of the virus by reducing the density and interactions on campus.

We are looking forward to the day that we can welcome all our alumni and friends back on campus. We appreciate your support in this unprecedented time.

Additional information and clarifications:

  • All College facilities, including the Voller Athletic Center and Roberts Cultural Life Center, will remain closed to the public for the spring 2021 semester to help mitigate the spread of the virus by reducing the density and interactions on campus so that we can continue to offer face-to-face classes for our students. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  • Effective August 4, administrative visitors (vendors, agency representatives) and academic visitors (prospective students and their families) will be welcomed on a limited basis.

  • Physical distancing and face coverings are required.

  • Everyone on our campus will be expected to adhere to our community standards and public health guidelines.

  • External client event facility rental requests for Summer 2021 can be submitted after January 1, 2021, though all reservations and rental agreements will be contingent on NYS and College approvals. For questions, please contact the Cultural Life Center at conference@roberts.edu.

  • For more information on our reopening plans please visit the Roberts Restart Plan https://www.roberts.edu/roberts-restart/

We have made the decision to postpone the start of our 2020 - 2021 season so that we could prioritize the academic needs of our Roberts students for their return this fall to campus.

There will be no events with public audiences at the Roberts Cultural Life Center for the duration of the fall academic term.

We are hopeful to bring you our planned programming beginning in 2021; however, that has not yet been determined.

We look forward to welcoming you back once we can safely gather together again to experience memorable live performances at the Roberts Cultural Life Center.

The Roberts Cultural Life Center Box Office remains closed. We will advise our patrons when we resume normal box office operations, once shows are announced and tickets are on-sale.
