Dining Services at Roberts Wesleyan University is provided by Metz Culinary Management, a premier provider of contract food and facilitates services in North America.
Most conferences dine in our Garlock Dining Commons. This 500-plus seat dining room features 4-5 hot service lines for easy access with many of your favorite dishes, such as oven roasted turkey, cheese tortellini alfredo, and vegetable lasagna. Feel free to plan menus ahead with our Dining Services management.
Depending on the size of your group, you may also find any or all of the following:
- 36-item salad bar
- self-service deli
- 12 beverages
- 8 flavors of premium ice cream
- 8 cereal choices
- fresh bakery options, including breads, bagels ...
- the list goes on and on!
In addition to our trained chefs’ creations, you will also encounter local flavors including Zweigle's, Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters, and Chai Guy chai.
As a full service food service operator, Metz Culinary Management is equipped and eager to spice up your conference with those small details that make people say, “remember the food?!” Coffee breaks are essential, of course, but consider something truly special, such as an Afternoon Tea or, better yet, a fully served, elegant, catered dinner.
