Events & Visitors To Campus

To limit the risk of exposure to our students, visitors are extremely limited on campus this fall. Access to the College grounds will be permitted to those with a valid faculty, staff, or student ID. As of August 22, the College is limiting visitors using the College’s private property. 

Essential visitors will require prior approval and will be required to complete a health screening questionnaire. Non-essential visits will be prohibited at this time and students may not host any guests during this fall semester.  All campus-access questions should be directed to Campus Safety at 585-594-7777.

We understand these guidelines may feel strict. However, these are essential to help mitigate the spread of the virus by reducing the density and interactions on campus.  

We are looking forward to the day that we can welcome all our alumni and friends back on campus. We appreciate your support in this unprecedented time. 

Additional information and clarifications:

  • All College facilities, including the Voller Athletic Center and Roberts Cultural Life Center will remain closed to the public for the spring and summer  2021 semesters. 

  • Administrative visitors (vendors, agency representatives) and academic visitors (prospective students and their families) will be welcomed on a limited basis.

  • Physical distancing and face coverings are required.

  • Everyone on our campus will be expected to adhere to our community standards and public health guidelines.

  • We are hopeful to reopen campus facilities for external client facility rentals beginning for the Spring 2022 semester. External client event facility rental requests for Spring 2022 can be submitted after August 1, 2021, though all reservations and rental agreements will be contingent on NYS and College approvals. Welcome to Roberts Wesleyan College Conference Services the "one-stop shop" for planning campus and off-campus events, big and small. We assist faculty, staff, and students on campus, as well as conference planners (potential and contracted) seeking Roberts Wesleyan College as a conference site.

  • From the first of June through the end of July, we rent College facilities for conference and camp use.
  • During the school year, we help plan various campus events, such as: concerts, musicals, plays, dinners, speaking engagements, and student activities. Our office manages scheduling for all campus co-curricular activities.
