Tickets by phone:
To charge tickets by phone, call 585.594.6008 or toll-free at 1.888.222.1048 with VISA, MasterCard, or Discover during normal Box Office hours. We never charge a handling fee on phone orders!
Tickets at the Window:
The Box Office is located on the upper level of the Howard Stowe Roberts Cultural Life Center and is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. And the window is also open one hour prior to ticketed events for sales and pre-purchase ticket pick up.

Box Office Policies:
Programs and artists are subject to change. If a Cultural Life Center series performance is canceled, you will receive a refund. If we reschedule the performance, new tickets will be issued. You have the option to request a refund if the new performance date is not suitable.
Children under five:
Children under five generally do not find our Performing Arts Series of interest. There are a variety of events offered throughout the year by other organizations on campus that may be appropriate for younger children. Please contact our Box Office for more information on individual events.
Refunds can be made prior to the day of the show. Tickets must be in the possession of the Box Office before any refunds can be made. If tickets have already been dispersed, patrons must bring their tickets to the Box Office for a refund. There is a $3.00 per ticket fee for all refunds. No refunds will be issued the day of the show.
Patrons can exchange their tickets and choose new seats prior to the day of the show and based on seating availability. Tickets must be in the possession of the Box Office before any exchanges can be made. If tickets have already been dispersed, patrons must bring their tickets to the Box Office to make the exchange. There is a $3.00 per ticket fee for all exchanges. No exchanges will be issued the day of the show.
Generally speaking, auditorium doors open 30 minutes before the performance time. Latecomers are held for seating breaks and are seated at the discretion of the House Manager and artist.
