Box Office Policies:
Programs and artists are subject to change. If a Cultural Life Center series performance is canceled, you will receive a refund. If we reschedule the performance, new tickets will be issued. You have the option to request a refund if the new performance date is not suitable.
Children under five:
Children under five generally do not find our Performing Arts Series of interest. There are a variety of events offered throughout the year by other organizations on campus that may be appropriate for younger children. Please contact our Box Office for more information on individual events.
Typically, refunds are not allowable. In the event of an extenuating circumstance, a refund request can be made prior to the day of the show. Tickets must be in the possession of the Box Office before any refunds can be made. If tickets have already been dispersed, patrons must bring their tickets to the Box Office for a refund. There is a $3.00 per ticket fee for all refunds and exchanges. No refunds will be issued the day of the show.
