Business Management, B.S.

[Business Management—0506]

Since 1986, the B.S. in Organizational Management degree completion program, renamed the B.S. in  Business Management program (starting March of 2021)  has offered working adults a convenient format and clear path for reaching their educational goals.  Graduates have a solid grounding in management theory including systems, change management, finance, strategic planning, project management, and applied research for problem-solving.  Equally important, students learn to lead by coaching, inspiring, supporting, and encouraging their teams.  They become effective communicators with both writing and presentation skills.  Students can earn their degrees in as few as twelve months, attending classes either full or part-time and in the classroom or online.  The degree program continues to evolve to meet the changing needs of the students and the workplace.
