Parker Story, Rochester native, earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance (Piano) from Roberts Wesleyan College in 2020. While at Roberts, Parker studied piano with Professor Joe Werner and Professor Emeritus Dr. Michael Landrum, and jazz improvisation with Michael Van Allen.
As a student, Parker accompanied the Men’s Chorus, Women’s Choir, and Chorale, along with individual vocalists and instrumentalists. He also participated in Wind Ensemble, Orchestra, Jazz Ensemble & Combo, chamber ensembles, and other student-initiated musical projects. Parker regularly performs in the Rochester area in solo and group settings of various styles. He also regularly serves at local churches, providing music in both traditional and contemporary settings.
Prior to studying at Roberts, Parker studied piano with Josh Massicot, Nazareth Community Music Program, and jazz piano with Paul Hofmann, Eastman Community Music School.
