Mike’s commitment to adult education stems from his personal experience. When deciding to start his own business, he bolstered he leadership and management abilities with a degree from Roberts. The critical skills and confidence gained there led to his founding of two companies, and a strong desire to help other adult students. He currently holds an adjunct position at Roberts Wesleyan College, and serves as a business coach for the Simon School MBA program at the University of Rochester. Mike continued his educational journey with the study of patent law, and passed the Federal bar exam in 2012. His professional accomplishments include 12 patents and 20 publications in the fields of electrochemistry, engineering, and mechanical design.
