Enrollment Outreach Manager, Psychology and Social Work

Position Description/Responsibilities: The Department of Adult and Graduate Enrollment (AGE) seeks a full-time Enrollment Outreach Manager (EOM) to develop recruitment, sales, and community relations strategies, in partnership with marketing, admissions, and program teams, for all Adult & Graduate Enrollment programs represented in the Department of Psychology and in the Department of Social Work.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the development of recruitment strategies that are based on a knowledge of specific student demographics, inquiry pool attributes, organizations that attract students, and best practices in higher education. The EOM collaborates with the marketing team to support the creation of effective marketing campaigns and collateral that augment the overall recruiting strategy for AGE. The EOM serves as the primary web manager for the AGE departments of Social Work and Psychology. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy and have experience with databases. Local and out-of-state travel is required.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) and 3-5 years related sales and marketing, with experience in higher education ideal.  Superior relational and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to plan strategically and creatively. The ideal candidate can work independently and be self-directed. MS Office skills required.
