Enrollment Coordinator - Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD)

Position Description/Responsibilities:

The Office of Adult and Graduate Enrollment (AGE) is accepting applications for a Part-time, (20 hours/week) Enrollment Coordinator to support the new Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD) program by cultivating and shepherding prospective students through the admissions process to enrollment by conveying a positive image of Roberts Wesleyan College. Responsibilities include: implementing communication plans to support the conversion of prospective students; evaluating effectiveness and recommending modifications to communication plans in conjunction with the Outreach Manager; maintaining strong working knowledge of program-specific admissions requirements and criteria; tracking admissions components and conversion progress by accessing and verifying incoming documents; creating and completing virtual student admissions files; producing applicant status reports; and supporting event planning and implementation. Additional responsibilities are to schedule and manage Preview Days for OTD (room reservations, coordination of faculty and support staff calendars, scheduling speakers, creating the schedule, arranging for food and other logistical details), and to serve as the point person for OTCAS, the centralized application system for OTD.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred with at least  3-5 years of professional experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous sales, customer service and/or event-planning experience is preferred; experience in higher education is a plus. Skills required: Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with program partners within the AGE and OTD departments; excellent communication skills including verbal and written; proactive customer service expertise; strong computer skills including ability in Microsoft Word and Excel, and Google products.
