Unique offer tailored exclusively for Valley Forge students

• Financial Package Support: Roberts Wesleyan University will provide a renewable cost-neutral financial aid package (up to full tuition costs, including federal gift aid) and a waiver of the deposit fee to every transferring Valley Forge in-coming or current student that is in good academic standing.

• The Valley Forge Hardship Scholarship: Roberts Wesleyan University will provide a guaranteed annual "hardship" scholarship to every transferring Valley Forge in-coming or current student that is in good academic standing.

• Dedicated Transition Support: Exclusive communication channel at: UVFteachout@roberts.edu. This inbox will be actively monitored hourly, Monday through Saturday from 8AM–8PM, for the next three weeks to provide personalized, individual guidance, and ensure a seamless transfer process exclusively to all UVF students.

• Application Support: We have established a “fast app” exclusively for UVF students, which can be found here, to immediately be considered for admission to Roberts Wesleyan University under the aforementioned criteria/financial assistance packaging.
  
  
• Graduate Study Discount: Roberts Wesleyan University will provide a 20% tuition discount to every transferring Valley Forge graduate student that is in good academic standing.

• The Roberts 4-Year Promise: For all Valley Forge students entering with the equivalent of two or more years remaining in their degree programs, our Roberts’ 4-Year Promise will fully stand. If a student's time to degree completion extends beyond four total years, due to unexpected barriers encountered during the transfer process, Roberts Wesleyan University will waive tuition fees for the remaining required courses in that degree program.

• Immediate Information Access: Tonight, Monday, Aug 03, 2026, at 6pm, we are hosting a virtual open house, using this zoom link. Enrollment experts and academic program directors will be live in these breakout rooms to answer immediate student questions. If there is additional interest, we are fully prepared to schedule a second Q&A Zoom session for another evening later this week.
