What Our Grads Say

My Biblical Studies degree gave me a great depth of insight into Ancient Near East cultures and the background of the Old Testament. I don't think I knew what I was getting myself into when I switched majors, but I'm glad I did it, and I value the new perspectives that I gained through my education.

I consider myself overwhelmingly fortunate to have earned the degree I did under great teachers like Drs. Davis, Dwyer, McPherson and Middleton. Though I had some struggles, my experience being on the Roberts Wesleyan campus was highly conducive to the learning experience, for there in the library classmates would gather to process what we were learning.

Though my academic experience doesn't appear overtly necessary to my now position in youth ministry with Youth for Christ, the background knowledge is very much an asset. I desire to continue studying in a Master's degree.
