Cooking with Rochester students is just another way that Lindsey Groves, assistant professor of management, mixes things up to create a positive learning experience. Groves was recently featured in an “Encompass Future Ready video” where she taught Rochester City teens how to make healthy affordable foods when they go to college. As the Hoselton Chair of Ethics & Free Enterprise and Enactus Sam Walton Fellow, taking the opportunity to serve the community is an example of how she brings her head for business and heart for ministry to make a difference in the Rochester community.
Encompass Future Ready develops and provides innovative educational services to students, their families, schools and communities. Jamarr Myers'06, '08(Business Administration, MS Strategic Leadership) is the EnCompass Future Ready Program Coordinator and invited Groves to be a “featured chef”for their cooking program.
