Dr. Carrie Starr, Executive Director, Community Institutes at Roberts Wesleyan College was recently interviewed for a story "Women Show Their Mettle During Covid" at the Rochester Business Journal Women's Leadership Summit. Dr. Starr directly oversees The Community Institutes at Roberts Wesleyan College.
"I think [COVID] has shown employers what women can really accomplish given greater flexibility," said Starr. "Women have shined as problem solvers and innovators."
