Roberts Wesleyan College is proud of its 19,356 living alumni who are working in the fields of healthcare, social work, business, education, criminal justice, ministry, non-profits and entrepreneurship – to name a few!

Diane Federico’09 (Health Administration, M.S.) started with iCircle Services as the Vice President of Quality and Compliance in February 2021. Prior to that she was the Corporate Compliance and Privacy Officer at UR Medicine Home Care. She brings over 25 years of health care experience. Read the full story.

Malik Dare’18 (Business Administration) was named a "Whole Health Hero" by Empire Blue Cross. Dare has demonstrated an unwavering devotion to serving the Albany community. He managed and hosted webinars on COVID-19 and social injustice (featuring several Albany community leaders/politicians). In addition, he organized a “Stop The Violence” video that was focused on gun violence within Albany and led a Thanksgiving food drive. Read the full story.

Cicely Strickland-Ruiz’15 (Organizational Management) and ’17 (Strategic Leadership, M.S.), United Way of Greater Rochester was selected as 2020 Women of Excellence honoree. The Rochester Business Journal’s 2020 Women of Excellence features 40 women from a variety of industries. Read more.

Sheila Rogers’07 (RN to BS) and ’16 (NES Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership) has over 20 years with Rochester Regional Health. Her current role is Home Care Manager.

Jane Shukitis’78 (Nursing), RN, BSN, MPA, President and CEO of UR Medicine Home Care, will retire in December 2021 after seven years leading the agency.  Shukitis earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Roberts Wesleyan College. She has more than 30 years of health care leadership experience.
