Celebrating MLK DAY

Martin Luther King Jr. Day Tribute

Today, we celebrate the life, legacy, faith, passion and achievements of Martin Luther King, Jr. He was an influential civil rights leader who was best known for his work on racial equity. As a community, let's reflect on the work that still needs to be done for racial equality.

How does Martin Luther King's faith and passion for justice intersect?

The Office of Spiritual Life and the Office of Diversity & Equity would like to invite the Roberts & Northeastern community to be part of our MLK day tribute on Monday January 18th. Watch and listen to the discussion featuring three of our current students, Herb Alexander (Chief Diversity Officer) and Benjamin Espinoza (AVP for Online Education). The conversation will be facilitated by Gerald Coleman (Campus Pastor).

Be part of this tribute by watching on Roberts Wesleyan's Youtube channel, or clicking the video below.

“If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.” - Martin Luther King Jr.
