Redhawks Who Soar - February 2020

Roberts Wesleyan College is proud of its nearly 19,000 living alumni who are working in the fields of healthcare, social work, business, education, ministry, non-profits and entrepreneurship – to name a few!

Eric Kobischen’81 (Psychology) recently received a doctorate in education in organizational leadership and development. His research topic was “Collaboration and the Intent to Stay, a Quantitative Correlational Study of Special Education Teachers in Maine.”  The study focused on five collaboration factors and the intention of special education teachers to remain in that profession. Kobischen is a teacher at Regional School Unit 73 in Livermore Falls, Maine. Read the full story.

Todd Billcliff’05 (Criminal Justice) is the Assistant Vice President and Fraud Risk Manager at Canandaigua National Bank & Trust.  Previously he was with Paychex for 12 years in credit risk management. Read the full story.

Anna Valeria-Iseman’05 (Religion-Philosophy) is the Executive Director at the Open Door Mission in Rochester. She recently did a Podcast for Browncroft Community Church entitled “Why Am I Tempted to Ignore Poverty?” Listen to the podcast here.

Megan Burnham’19 (Marketing) is a Production Coordinator at G-III Apparel Group. She’s working in the fashion industry in New York City as she oversees the day-to-day production of Calvin Klein and Karl Lagerfeld handbags. Megan also was an intern with G-III as an undergraduate at Roberts.

Orla Martin’18 (Marketing) is a Sales Analyst with First American Equipment Finance in Rochester. Previously, she was a Senior Account Development Representative with Trustpilot in New York, New York.
