William Goodrich (Organizational Management), of LeChase Construction Services, LLC, was recently profiled by the Rochester Business Journal. The article details his start with LeChase in the mid-'80s, to his current role as CEO and managing partner of the firm, along with many important points along the way. At all times, Goodrich strives to adhere to the standard that has made the company successful over its 75 years, which is “Do the right thing; always do the right thing. Do the right thing for our people, do the right thing for our customers, do the right thing for our communities.”
