This is the 2nd year Dr. Paul Shewan conducted members of both the Rochester Philharmonic Youth Orchestra and the Hochstein Philharmonic Youth Orchestra on a combined summer concert. It took place at 3 PM on Aug 20 at the Hochstein Performance Hall after just three rehearsals of the combined musicians. On the concert were two pieces arranged by Dr. Shewan’s brother Stephen Shewan (’83), one of which will be performed by the RWCCO on the Homecoming Ella concert, ‘A Tisket, A Tasket.'
