Women's Lacrosse Places Three on ECC All-Conference Teams

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Roberts Wesleyan women's lacrosse junior attacker Cassley Jackowski has made the ECC All-Conference First Team after leading the Redhawks on offense this season. Jackowski highlights a trio of players to earn All-Conference honors.

Along with Jackowiski on the first team, both attacker Loren Dunn goalkeeper Shannon Knapp garnered second team accolades.

For Jackowski, the junior led the conference in scoring (51 goals) and shots (123) this season while finishing third overall in points (69).  This is the second time Jackowski has made the first team as she was voted to the team as well as being named Rookie of the Year in 2014.

Dunn finished right behind Jackowski in scoring as she was tied for second in the ECC with 49 goals. The senior also led the Redhawks with 14 free-position goals.

In goal, Knapp was again one of the best in the conference as she led the ECC with 162 saves while posting a .471 saves percentage.

Under first-year head coach Kristin Concordia, Roberts Wesleyan was in contention for a spot in the ECC tournament for most of the season as they finished just two games out of the fourth and final spot. The team finished with a 3-5 mark in conference action and a 6-9 record overall.
