During Introduction to Forensic Science Lab, Criminal Justice and Forensic Science majors received instruction from expert practitioners on the proper techniques for developing and lifting latent fingerprints.

Criminal Justice, Social Work and Nursing students participated in a simulated real-world Hospital emergency room. This was the first year Criminal Justice students participated. CJ students from Professor Concordia’s Senior Seminar class were evaluated by demonstrating their ability to integrate multiple criminal justice concepts with an emphasis on communications skills. Students were challenged to perform law enforcement functions in an emergency room setting such as identifying and interviewing witnesses, victims, and suspects. CRJ students also had to competently interface with healthcare and social work professionals to accomplish their simulated mission.
