Criminal Justice Club

The criminal justice club was excited for a whole new approach to this year’s club activities. In the past, we have lacked extensive involvement from both club officers and members; however, this is changing!

Much of our new involvement will consist of serving our community while representing Roberts Wesleyan College in a positive light.   Students are encouraged to check their e-mail in order to know about our events, and all majors are welcome.

This coming fall will consist of exciting on-campus and off-campus events for the criminal justice club. For example, we have fundraising events, parties, and a few special guests in mind for the fall. Fundraising will result in the creation of t-shirts and challenge coins. A challenge coin is a small coin or medallion, which contains our emblem and mission, that is created for a number of purposes. For example, recognition of encounters with other criminal justice related agencies, departments, and organizations.

A new part of our event planning will be fashioning a new logo for our club and program. Thinking about the impact we can have on our community and others’ lives through our club excites me. This is motivating. To increase involvement in our club and to take on new opportunities will not only benefit us as a group, but the community around us. We look forward to many students joining our club this coming Fall!
