Joseph Searle’03,’07 (Organizational Management and Strategic Marketing, M.S.) is the Vice President and Chief Community Engagement Officer at Trillium Health. Read the story.

Kimber Shelton’02 (Psychology and Criminal Justice) is a licensed psychologist and owner of KLS Counseling & Consulting Services in Dallas, Texas.  Shelton customizes her approach based on her clients’ needs pulling from Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused and Social Justice-Oriented theories. 

Dr. Michael Loete ('13 OM; '16 MSL) is the Chief Executive Officer at MGL Enterprises, LLC (Mglenterprisesllc.com) and is a Network Contract Manager at UnitedHealth Group. MGL works develops professionals, leaders, strategic planning, and work/life balance (among other things). The business has also assisted in editing dissertations and published novels. Loete completed his doctorate at St. John Fisher in 2021 and has completed a study and dissertation on "communication styles of senior leaders in health insurance during times of change".

Theresa (Lippa) Cimino’18 (Business Administration) is an Operations Business Analyst at Rochester Regional Health (RRH).  Cimino has worked at RRH since 2019.

Michael Buckpitt’18 (Strategic Leadership, M.S.) is the Chief Operations Officer at Recover Options Made Easy in Gowanda, New York effective January 2022. Recovery Options Made Easy provides financial rental assistance to individuals diagnosed with mental illness who meet low income guidelines. Buckpitt has over a decade of management and strategic leadership experience working in the nonprofit field. Read the story

Malik Dare’18 (Business Administration) was recently interviewed by the Times Union in Albany. Dare shares about forgiveness and redemption and his efforts to be a force of good. Read the full story.

Alexander Stankovski’20 (Communication and Media Studies) was recently promoted to Account Executive – HR Services (ASO) at Paychex. Previously he was a Virtual Sales Representative with the company. Stankovski has been with Paychex since 2020.
