Important Student Aid Information

To Our Valued Parents,

Whether this is your student’s first year in college or they are continuing their education with us, we would like to introduce you to our billing process. All statements are sent through our third-party billing system, QuikPAY. These are sent directly to your student’s Roberts Wesleyan email address.

The student can add any other person to their billing account. These “Authorized Payers” will be able to receive and make payments towards bills. To do so the student must login to QuikPAY, select “Authorized Payer” on the left hand side and add the required information for the “Authorized Payer”

As of October 1, students can start the process to complete their FAFSA application for the next academic year. The FAFSA application will require you to provide information from the 2020 tax year. Students can complete the FAFSA at studentaid.gov.
