Miranda Leo'19 (Cross Disciplinary Studies) was featured in the July/August 2021 issue of Rochester Home magazine. The story, A Delicious Summer Picnic Trio, features recipes such as Tuscan-Style Lemon and Tomato Chicken and Mir's Olive Oil Cake.
Leo is a self-taught chef who is passionate about creating meals that are nutritious, delicious and beautiful. She also created @EatsWithMir to share her healthy recipes.
