Lisa Kribs '05 (Communication), Founding Partner at TGW STUDIO in Rochester, was recently featured in an interview with Spectrum Local News. Kribs and co-founder, Gavin Thomas, recently implemented a four-day work week for their employees in an attempt to boost productivity while adjusting to working during the pandemic. Kribs hopes that other Rochester employers follow suit, making for a better work-life balance for all involved.
