Lauren Kolb'10(Organizational Management, B.S.) and '12 (Strategic Leadership, M.S.), CWS ®, MSL at Tompkins Financial Corporation was recently recognized as an outstanding finance professional and leader in the community and their organization by the Rochester Business Journal.
Kolb has over 10-years in the financial services industry, focused on delivering strategic results for her clients, corporations, community organizations and contributing to the overall growth of Tompkins Financial Corporation. Among her many academic, community and professional accomplishments, she is also a past recipient of the ATHENA Award and was featured as a "Woman to Watch" by the Democrat and Chronicle.
The honorees will be celebrated at an event in August at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center.
