Professor Laura Coles, Director of Undergraduate Clinical Learning in the School of Nursing at Roberts Wesleyan College, was selected for deployment to Queens, NY in April as part of a team of Emergency Health professionals with the University of Rochester Medical Center to help in efforts with the COVID-19 crisis. Since her return, Laura continues to care for patients at the University of Rochester Medical Center as a part of their Emergency Nursing team.
Laura’s emergency and missionary nursing experience and expertise in pediatric and adult populations make her an excellent choice for assisting in the New York City area as they cope with the COVID-19 crisis and the strain on the healthcare system.
Please pray for her safety and strength as she continues to serve on the frontline of this pandemic.
