Sara (Lawler) Smith'14 (Nursing) is blessed to be surrounded by the support of her family and friends to get her through as she endures many trials during the pandemic. Smith, who has a rare lung disease, is considered high-risk and has been forced to remain in her house for the foreseeable future. She fills her time with being able to work from home, as well as pursuing her master's degree, but relies on time with her husband, Dan, as well as Facetiming friends and family, to life her spirits.
