Hailee Schultz, ’17 Graduate Teaching at BOCES

The Friday following her RWC graduation ceremony, Hailee was offered a position working for Herkimer-Fulton-Hamilton-Otsego BOCES. She started working there the Tuesday after she returned from the on-location course in London last May.

She was hired not only for the 2017-2018 school year, but to finish off the 2017 school year, as well.  Hailee teaches general music to K-12 students who all have IEP's and BIP's. She spends her mornings teaching at a special education school and her afternoons teaching behavioral students. She is working for an alternative education school.

In addition to teaching music for BOCES, Hailee is the Assistant Varsity Swim Coach for West Canada Valley this year. Over the summer, she worked to receive her temporary coaching certification.

“It surely has been a busy few months, but I am beyond thankful for everything I learned at Roberts Wesleyan College.”
