Music courses are taught by full-time music faculty (see faculty page) and all applied lessons are taught by highly qualified, professional musicians. Students in all degree programs have equal opportunity and are required to perform in large and small ensembles. A hallmark of the music program at Roberts is that all music majors are expected to achieve a high level of performance. Roberts’ music majors graduating with performance, music education, and B.A. degrees are awarded graduate assistantships at nationally-recognized schools of music to pursue graduate work in music performance, conducting, music therapy, music education, and related fields.
All four year degree programs are accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music (NASM).
