Dr. M. Theresa Gleason-Black, EdD, MS, RN

Dr. Gleason serves as the Director of the RN to BS Program at Roberts Wesleyan University. An alumna of Roberts Wesleyan (BS, MS), she earned her AAS from Alfred State College and her EdD from St. John Fisher University. After joining Roberts as an adjunct faculty member in 2012, she transitioned to full-time faculty in 2024. Dr. Gleason is also a certified Health Care Surveyor with specialized expertise in regulatory healthcare, long-term care, and nursing education.

Dr. Gleason considers Roberts "the best place to grow!" Outside of her academic work, she enjoys participating in cat shows.
