Lindsay Lupo, LCSW
Lindsay attended SUNY Brockport and earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Health Science, with a minor in English Creative Writing. She then went on to pursue a Master of Social Work degree at Roberts Wesleyan College. Since then Lindsay completed a certificate in Trauma Informed Care and Counseling through the University of Buffalo. Lindsay has earned her New York State clinical license and has experience working in both the clinic and private settings with teens, young adults, and adults who struggle with posttraumatic stress disorder, grief, anxiety, depression, and addiction or other self-destructive behaviors. Lindsay is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), a treatment approach for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and has attended trainings for a variety of approaches for treating trauma. She regularly attends trainings and workshops to stay up to date with the newest approaches to therapy and advance her skills. Current continuing education pursuits include Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and grief and loss. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family and young children, reading, exercise, crafts, and being outdoors.
