Biography
Laura is a 2007 graduate of SUNY Albany with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a 2009 graduate of UMass Boston with an M.Ed. in School Counseling. She has been a practicing full-time school counselor at the high school level for 10 years and is currently a full-time school counselor at Hilton High School. She is looking forward to gaining further skills in mental health counseling, and is looking to expand her reach within the community. In her spare time she enjoys exercise, music, podcasts (particularly comedy and storytelling podcasts, such as Risk!), traveling, and exploring the local area’s food and beverage scene, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
