Erica attended SUNY Geneseo and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Spanish. She then continued her education at the University at Buffalo obtaining her Master of Social Work degree. She has since earned her state licensure and completed the required experience towards her clinical license. Erica has worked at Roberts Wesleyan College since February 2015 as a counselor and was promoted to Director of the Counseling Center in February 2019. She has experience working with children, teens, and young adults as well as their families. She strives to be a lifelong learner, and is currently pursuing continuing education in Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT), Premarital/Couples Counseling, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior therapy. In her free time Erica enjoys hiking, reading, yoga, raising chickens, and spending time with her family.
