
Elizabeth Stevens, Ph.D.
Associate Professor of Education; Director; Literacy MEd ProgramPrior to her arrival at Roberts Wesleyan College, Elizabeth Stevens was an assistant professor at SUNY Oswego, where she taught undergraduate and graduate literacy courses. While pursuing her doctorate, Elizabeth taught sixth grade in the Fayetteville-Manlius School District. She has been published in the Journal of Adolescent and Adult Literacy and the Journal of Research on Technology in Education. Elizabeth is an active member of the Literacy Research Association and the Rochester Area Literacy Council. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, two daughters, and her dog.
