Student Account Manager
The Director of Student Accounts seeks candidates for a full-time Student Account Manager to coordinate a major functional area within Student Financial Services by managing billing, invoicing and collections for the College’s traditional student population. Provides counseling and guidance to traditional undergraduate students, parents, faculty and the public relative to student billing and payment options.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have excellent skills in MS Office (specifically in excel) and Google Office; attention to detail, creativity, flexibility, and excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Must demonstrate skills to set goals, coordinate, evaluate and initiate projects and a strong commitment to teamwork. A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of comparable experience, preferably in an academic environment, is required.
