Enrollment and Communication Specialist, School of Nursing Programs

 Position Description/Responsibilities: The Department of Adult and Graduate Enrollment (AGE) seeks a full-time Enrollment and Communication Specialist to work collaboratively with the Enrollment Outreach Manager and Enrollment Counselor to develop and execute communication and contact strategies for prospective students interested in AGE School of Nursing programs. Primary responsibilities include managing and responding to inquiries for the AGE School of Nursing programs though the development and execution of innovative communication strategies that will increase conversion yield; serving as the primary web and social media manager for the AGE School of Nursing; developing expertise of program-specific admissions requirements and information; effectively utilizing relevant technology and processes related to admissions procedures, including database and communications software; and representing AGE programs in the School of Nursing to outside constituents.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred in a related field and 3-5 years of sales, outreach, or recruiting experience necessary. Outstanding computer, social media, and technical skills required including (but not limited to): Word, Excel, AdmitGold, Facebook, Twitter, Hubspot, and other college systems. Excellent customer service skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Experience in business or healthcare-related field a plus, as is previous experience working in higher education or admissions.
