The School of Business at Roberts Wesleyan University invites applications for a full-time, 10-month, tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor of Marketing faculty position beginning July 1, 2027,

About the School/Program
The School of Business offers B.S. degrees in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Marketing, Sports Management and Marketing, Business Analytics, Health Administration, and an M.S. in Strategic Leadership, Health Administration, and Public Health Administration. All programs are accredited by the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE). Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of all faculty at Roberts Wesleyan University is teaching. The university values effective faculty performance across four essential dimensions: classroom teaching, service, profession-related activity, and scholarship.
- Teach in both the undergraduate business and graduate professional studies programs. The primary teaching areas will include some combination of the following, depending on interest/expertise: advertising, marketing research, marketing management, consumer behavior, personal selling/sales management, sales promotion, and strategic marketing.
- Ability and willingness to teach other general business/administration/management courses.
- Willingness to participate in International Programming and Travel is a plus.
- Student advisement in academic and career paths.
- An ability to integrate faith and learning in coursework is highly valuable.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or D.B.A. in Marketing preferred. ABD candidates with a firm completion date will be considered.
- Relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated classroom teaching performance.
- Potential for relevant research and scholarly activity.
- Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to the integration of Christian faith and professional practice, active personal faith, and a willingness to support the University’s Christian mission and identity.
The approved annual salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. Salary and rank are commensurate with education and experience.
