Guest Tickets & Seating

ORDER GUEST TICKETS

Each guest, including infants, must have a ticket to enter the Arena in the Voller Athletic Center.  Guest tickets are free of charge. Guest seating is not reserved.

  • March 5: First day that each participating student graduate may order up to 10 guest tickets via the Online Order Form.*   Please order only the # of tickets you will use.
  • Office of Student Life will notify you via email of the first day your ticket order will be available for pick-upM-F: 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. in the Office of Student Life, lower Rinker.  We anticipate this will be at least April 12. 
  • May 3: Tickets not ordered by this date may be made available to other student graduates.
  • May 7: Tickets not picked up by this date will be packaged with your Cap & Gown.
  • For a GUEST who uses a wheelchair/has mobility restrictions, or who needs a Sign Language Interpreter, please contact Tammie at 594-6668 or myslivecek_tammie@roberts.edu by May 3, to arrange special seating accommodations.

    *If your Roberts network account is no longer active, or if your primary network designation at Roberts is faculty/staff, please contact student_life@roberts.edu to place your ticket order.

    or safety reasons and overall campus security, only the student graduate may place an order for tickets.  Staff, adjunct faculty, underclass students, or alumni who wish to attend, should contact the Office of Student Life directly. 

 

Questions about additional guest tickets?

The Commencement Ceremony is intended to be shared with your closest family and friends.  We hope that your allotment of 10 tickets will meet this parameter. You may email student_life@roberts.edu if you would like to request up to a few additional guest tickets if you have a large immediate familyRequests for additional tickets will be reviewed and filled on a 1st-come and equitable basis, after April 1.  The Office of Student Life will send you a confirmation via reply email after April 1. 

Friends and relatives who are unable to attend, may watch an online live stream of the ceremony in the comfort of their home (click on link in menu at left side of page on day of event), or you may order a DVD recording of the ceremony for viewing at a later date (see below).

DVD Information
DVD recordings of the Commencement Ceremony are available for purchase ($10.00 each). DVDs must be ordered at the time the ceremony guest tickets are ordered via the Online Order Form. Your pre-ordered DVD will be mailed by the end of May.

Will Call
Tickets for guests may be left and picked up at the information desk inside the lower level main entrance to the Voller Athletic Center beginning one hour before your ceremony on Saturday, May 11. Please be sure the graduate's name is on the envelope.

If you find that you do not need all of the tickets you originally ordered, please return them to the Office of Student Life so that we may anticipate and plan for the total number of guests.
