Cap & Gown Pickup

This is a distinguished ceremony, that calls for academic apparel (caps and gowns) and appropriate dress.

Pick up in Rinker Community Service Center
lower level, Room 150

Wednesday, May 3, and Thursday,  May 4
11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Friday, May 5
11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Line-up information will be packaged with your cap and gown, in addition to photographer information and any guest tickets you have not yet picked up.

There will not be a rehearsal for the Commencement CeremonyAll student graduates should arrive to your designated line-up location 45 minutes before your ceremony is scheduled to begin on May 6,
for robing and further instructions.

Special Assistance
If you, as a STUDENT GRADUATE, have need for special seating, due to use of a wheelchair, crutches, or other mobility restrictions, or you are in need of a Sign Language Interpreter, please call the Registration Office 585.594.6596 by April 27, 2017.

Diploma
When Will I Receive My Diploma? It is anticipated that the diplomas will be mailed to graduates by July 15, 2017. Please notify the RWC Registration Office 585.594.6220 if you have had an address change after completing the Application for Degree form.

Photographs
A professional photographer will take a photo of you and President Porterfield as you cross the platform. The photographer will take a second photo of you after you descend the platform. A flyer, packaged with your cap and gown, will provide instructions should you choose to purchase these photographs.
