Minor Options

Minor Requirements

Students wishing to graduate with a minor must complete at least 18 semester hours in a selected
discipline. Specific minor requirements are listed within the departmental sections of this catalog. In
order to earn a minor when some of the coursework is also required by their major, students must take
at least nine hours unique to the minor. In order for a transfer student to earn a minor offered by Roberts,
the student must earn at least nine hours at Roberts.

    take both classes in MRKT, MGMT or one of each.
  • Students who elect to take an Internship (SPMM 4500) MUST ALSO take SPMM 3500 Internship Prep, which together is a 3-credit commitment.

The 3 year path for business administration is open to students who:

  • Enter Roberts with advance placement courses/ CLEP tests/ previous college credit totaling at least 16 hours
    • OR enter Roberts with 12-15 credits who are able to take an additional course (summer, online, etc.)
  • Complete all degree requirements

Yes, all undergraduate business majors at Roberts complete a credit-bearing internship as part of their program. This follows an internship prep course to ensure you’re ready to make the most of the experience.
