Ariana Zimmer Receives the Association of Christian Librarians Research Award for 2017

On Wednesday, April 26th, the Association of Christian Librarians Research Award for 2017 was presented to Ariana Zimmer, who will be graduating this May with a BS in Psychology. She was enthusiastically nominated for the award by Dr. Rod Bassett and Dr. Paul Stevenson of the Psychology Department for her work on “What Happens to a Brain on Grace?” and additional research projects. Roberts Wesleyan College and Northeastern Seminary are privileged to offer this research award on an annual basis by virtue of our membership in ACL’s institutional counterpart, the Christian Library Consortium. Recipients are recognized for their excellence in research and demonstrated leadership, ability and Christian character. Ariana received a certificate of recognition from the Association of Christian Librarians and a small monetary award from Golisano Library. Congratulations to Ariana on exemplifying the personal characteristics that Roberts Wesleyan College seeks to cultivate in its graduates and the research skills that Golisano Library seeks to promote and support in the students it serves.
