All student graduates are expected to participate in the Commencement Ceremony.

If extenuating circumstances prevent your participation, it is important that you submit an email with a request
to graduate in absentia to: Dr. David Basinger, Chief Academic Officer, at AcademicAffairs@roberts.edu.  

Commencement should be a time of enjoyment, remembrance and celebration.

CAP & GOWN Pick-up, Rinker, Room 150
December 15: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
December 16: 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Student graduates: On December 17, please plan to arrive to Shewan Hall (lower level, Cultural Life Center) for robing and further instructions, by 9:15 a.m.

Your academic department or program may be hosting a special event the weekend of Commencement.  For a full listing, please click on the appropriate Event Schedule link on the menu to the left.

  Students' guests should be instructed to arrive to campus by 9:15 a.m.,
to allow time to park and then walk or take a shuttle to the C.L.C., and be seated no later than 9:45 a.m.
