ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Roberts Wesleyan College’s Enactus team placed second in the nation at the 2014 Enactus National Competition held in Cincinnati. This is the highest ranking in our 13 year history. At second in the nation, RWC placed ahead of 498 other teams.

The College's Enactus faculty leader Carrie Starr received the Sam Walton Fellow of the Year Award, which honors individuals who have advanced the Enactus organization, made outstanding contributions to the team, and helped students with career placement.

“Carrie has served as the Sam Walton Fellow for Roberts Enactus team for the past six years. Carrie’s leadership of RWC Enactus has brought increased focus and intentionality to the team’s portfolio of projects, driving the team toward fewer projects with greater impact and sustainability," Roberts Business Chair Steve Bovee said. "Carrie is an outstanding individual and tremendous leader.  Her impact on our Enactus students and alumni has been life-changing and the impact of her work through the students, on those we serve in our community and around the world, continues to be felt.”
