Personally, my career has been greatly enhanced from the broad based exposure to various concepts that enabled me to think both strategically and globally with a strong ethical and moral perspective. This ability has helped me to be able to mold the future of the organizations that I have been a part of. The most important example of a concept learned is that of the Servant Leadership Model.
This model outlines how, when service begins at the top of the organization, the whole organization benefits and many barriers are removed. I have used this model in both a for-profit and a non-profit application with great success.
